K.S. Haddock

Born in Seattle, but raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, K.S. has devoted the last two decades to writing, creating music, acting and directing. After publishing the Gen-X novel The Patricidal Bedside Companion in 1994, he went on to write screenplays (Project Greenlight finalist), form a rock band (Crooked Family), and write, direct, and act in two musicals, Thanatics, A Rock Opera and Hell, the Musical, both of which won a Best of San Francisco Fringe Festival Award (2006 & 2009). K.S. is also an actor, appearing in countless Bay Area productions, most notably the indie film Weekend King, a romantic comedy. He is currently working on a new novel.

(and then there was work)

After university at U.C. Irvine, Keith moved to San Francisco, where he has enjoyed a multifaceted career in both graphic design and copywriting. As a copywriter, he has written thousands of inches of print ads, over 200 radio spots and several TV commercials, winning three 'Addy' awards. But these days, most of his bread is buttered through the digital arts, designing and laying out ads and promotions, as well as retouching and color correcting images for major Bay Area photo studios.
